Dear Parents,

Our first meet of the season is this coming Saturday at Kingston Chase pool located at 1623 Hiddenbrook Drive, Herndon. The meet will start at 8.00am. Please arrive in time to start warm-ups. Our warm-up is 7.40 - 7.50am. Remember, suit, goggles, cap, towel and water.

The event order for all our meets is the same. We start with IM, Free, Back, Breast, Fly and finish with relays. Younger swimmers go first. We have clerks of course to help swimmers get to their events on time. Please remind your child to remain in the team area so we can find them easily.
