Hi Everyone - With Saturday's meet quickly approaching, please check the online system to confirm that your child is in fact properly signed up to swim. 

Also, we are already short staffed for volunteers. It appears that we have a few families out of town, so we're shorter than usual. All positions will likely be full-meet & we will need as many parent-teams (spouses) to pitch in as possible. Remember, that a successful meet relies on all of our help. As of now I will reallocate some stroke & turn/experienced timers to roles like ref/starter/head timer (don't worry, those families know who they are ;-), but to off-set that loss, I need a few more timers/relief timers. I try to properly allocate/adjust positions by lunchtime tomorrow, so assignments now & additions before noon tomorrow are incredibly helpful. Newer swimmers & swimmers families with younger siblings, please impose upon me to help me introduce you to each other so that we can 'divide & conquer' with sib-watch so that we can help relieve your spouses to give them breaks from the sun/hydrate/feed them.

Concessions help needed: Mike runs a great concession tent & he will have lots of food, drink and snacks available (last year he had bacon cheeseburgers!), but he needs some more support. He will need shift help in the tent (without little kids in tow), as well as setup and take-down. He needs extra hands at 7:00 Saturday Morning to set up tables and tents as well as helping take down after the meet. Even if you don't sign up, please lend a hand.

Pool set up & break down: Every family is expected to help with either setup/takedown or concessions setup/takedown. Truthfully we need more than 1 volunteer per family on this effort. Friday at 8:30 we will set up the pool for the meet (moving the slide -on wheels- moving all of the chairs... Many hands make light work. 

Volunteer hours (kids) If your child needs volunteer hours for scouts/church/honor society/school/college resume & their contribution is in addition to another family member's I will happily be their sign-off point of contact & they should tally it at the end of the season (this assumes that their volunteer contribution is in addition to the expected family setup/takedown/volunteer position).
