Hey everyone - 3 more positions needed to be filled. All 3 are short & easy but were added this AM. First is supervising the cool-off sprinkler from 11-11:30 (it's an easy 30 minutes if you are relaxed about kids running over a sprinkler). Second involve Friday night setup at 7:30 at 4 seasons. I've done setup for the last few yeas for this meet, & my experience is that their setup is usually taken care of by the time I get there. That said, it helps for us to send people anyway as an act of good faith. It might mean moving a few chairs or helping pop up a few tents, but nothing as significant as moving a slide. 
also, if you have an adult free during the first or second half, tent clerking (telling kids when to head to the deck so they are there in time); I'll help with this when I'm there, but I'd love to have a point person assigned.
