Dear All,

We are at Foxfield this coming Wednesday. Start time is 6pm with warm-ups for us at 5.35pm. Please arrive in plenty of time as traffic can be bad at that time. Address is 3875 Stringfellow Road, Fairfax, VA, 22033. The hosts have asked us to drop off the kids at the pool then park on Stringfellow road as they have a small parking lot.

There are no IM's so everyone is swimming the 4 individual strokes.

Remember only 9 - 18 year olds at practice tomorrow from 9am - 10am.
