Hello everyone!

Below is information on our team's swimsuits this year.  Swimsuit fittings will happen this Thursday, May 25, during on-site registration at the Kingstream Pool from 5:30 - 7 pm.  They will also be available at the new parent meeting and swim evaluations from 6 to 7 pm on Tuesday, May 30.  Children just need to be dry to try them on.  Our previous suit has been discontinued, so we needed to choose a new pattern.  We have chosen a pattern that has been available multiple years, so our hope is that this pattern will be available for many years in the future.

 

We are purchasing the suit from Cassels, who are giving the team a 25% discount off the suits if they are ordered before June 7th, and 15% off after June 7th.  The suits can also be ordered from any other on-line retailer.  Suits are the Tyr brand and the style is called "The Phoenix" in green.

 

Prices are (this is with the 25% off discount):

Girls suits - $59.61 (tax included):  Choice of style (Diamond or Max-fit back)

Boys suits - $39.74 (tax included)

**We can't get girls size 22 (the smallest size) with the Max-fit back as they are backordered until July.

 

Payment can be made via cash or check to the Kingstream Kahunas swim team.  The order will be placed on June 1st to ensure we have them in time for team pictures.

Please note:  While we encourage swim team members to buy the team suit, it is not mandatory.  If you are not able to get a team suit, we ask that you buy a solid black one - jammer style for boys and a racing style suit for girls.  Beginners do not need a team suit unless they want one.
