Hello Swim Team Families,

This is Emma Patton & in addition to continuing as your swim team volunteer coordinator (among other roles in the community), I'd like you to consider voting in this year's upcoming HOA election for me and some of the other swim families in the neighborhood. Did you know that the board voted to reduce pool hours by 7 hours a week for next year? Now the pool will open at 12 and not 11:00 (weekends included). A message from me, Kate Kiefer, Richard Culatta & Elanna Weinstein:

You recently received your KCC HOA voting information for the upcoming Kingstream Community Council Board of Directors elections which will be held on April 20.

This year there are four open seats on the board. Below are the names of four candidates who are seeking election to the Board and collectively, we would like to ask you to consider voting for each of them to fill the four open seats.  Each of these candidates has young children, most of whom are current Kingstream Kahunas swimmers.  These four candidates are each active members of our neighborhood and would like to ensure that the Kingstream Board continues to represent the needs of Kingstream families, while simultaneously making sure that the community's financial interests are protected.

The candidates are:
Kate Keifer (Jack, Jane & Olive's mom) 

Richard Culatta (Anna, James, Benjamin & Eli's dad)

Elanna Weinstein (Cecelia & Jason's mom)

Emma Patton* (Ellie & Drew's mom)

              *Please note that Emma's name is not included on the proxy form but her name can be added underneath the other candidates on the line for a Write-In Candidate.

You may cast your vote in one of three ways:

1. Fill out the proxy form that you will receive in the mail (don't forget to sign the back!) and send it to Kingstream's property manager as per the instructions on the form
2. Sign your proxy form over to someone who will be attending the meeting on April 20th and can cast your vote for you.
3. Attend the meeting on April 20th and cast your vote in person.
4. Consider giving your proxy to one of us to vote per your direction.
