We are at Four Seasons on Herndon Parkway, this coming Saturday, July 15th. Our warm-up time is 8.00am to 8.15am. Start time 8.30am. We will meet near the volleyball court inside the fence at 7.50am please. We swim against four Seasons and Herndon Community Center.

Hi everyone!

We have been asked to hold a make-up time for swimmers that still need to swim their swim-a-thon laps.  I will be at the pool on Monday morning, from 9 until 10:25 to count laps for anyone that still needs to swim.  Please let me know…

Here they are from last night. What a great set of relay swimmers we have. Well done everyone. We finished in record time as well. Our next meet is this coming Saturday July, 15th at Four Seasons. More details later.

Please find entries attached. We are at home on Wednesday, with a start time of 6.00pm. Warm-ups for our team are 5.30pm. We hope to run all events starting with IM's.
